On May 31st, 2008 a group of students from all different dojo's attended a spectacular performace. It was a performace performed by Alonzo King's LINES Ballet in collaboration with Shaolin Monks called "Long River High Sky".
It is best decribed "Watching these two groups together, kungfu begins to look more like art for its own sake, and ballet like self-defense, and you begin to wonder if perhaps both are fighting forms after all--fight for a life of truth and beauty that all humans crave." ~ San Francisco Chronicle
